Primary and Place Admins that want to give their Staff the option to avoid answering questions

When building your Ops, some questions may not be absolutely necessary for the successful completion (and submission) of your Ops.

You have the ability to add skip buttons to:

• Individual questions
• All questions in your Op
• Sections

1. Skip Individual Questions

To configure a skippable question:

• Navigate into the Op Builder in the Op of your choice

• Select the question that you would like to make skippable

• Within the Details menu (pink bar on the right), tick the box at the bottom that reads N/A - Allow this question to be skipped

When active, your Staff will see the option to skip the question.

Skipped Questions will count towards the Ops progress but not to the overall Score

2. Skip All Questions

Smartforms also allows you to add a Skip button directly to all the questions in your Op.

Simply navigate to the Settings tab in your Op, and enable the toggle to Allow all questions to be skipped under the Options section.

3. Skip Sections

When using the Section Questions Type in your Op, you have the possibility to allow your staff to skip whole sections.

To enable/disable it:

• Navigate into the Op Builder in the Op of your choice

• Select the Section question that you would like to make skippable
• Within the Details menu (pink bar on the right), tick the box at the bottom that reads N/A - Allow this question to be skipped
