How to Sign Up to the Smartforms Web App
Who is this article for?Primary or Place Admins responsible for getting members of staff into Smartforms.
When you invite a member of staff to become an Administrator of the Smartforms Web App, they will need to follow the steps below to access the platform.
Note: These steps should be carried out on a desktop or laptop computer with the Chrome web browser
Once invited to the system:
- Primary or Place Admin users will receive an invite email (to their registered email address).
- The email will have a passkey (4 digits code) to be entered onto the Smartforms website.
- Upon confirming, the user will then be able to enter the web app with Admin rights. ✨
If the user is ever logged off the platform, they will just have to enter the email address they signed up with, and initiate the same process.
